Integrated Circuits + AI Achieves Major Breakthrough in Chengdu

Chengdu, Sichuan, China, May 6, 2025 -- Chengdu,China.In March 2025.Iriduim Technology Co., Ltd. (IRAVIC) realized the automated design of analog and RF integrated circuits based on AI. 

 

 

The system, which integrates the EDA simulation core with the Transformer architecture and self-attention mechanism, enables autonomous design of analog/RF integrated circuits from requirement input to schematic design completion through natural language interaction. It has the potential to trigger a paradigm shift in the global semiconductor industry. By establishing an intelligent closed loop for requirement parsing, circuit generation, and simulation verification, the system reduces the traditional design cycle, which usually takes months of iteration, to just 72 hours. It breaks the industry's reliance on the transmission of human experience. 

 

This innovation will mark the first time China has gained the right to define the underlying architecture of EDA tools.
